International Day of the Elderly People - October 1 |
On the International Day of the Elderly, in co-operation with the Orran NGO we organized a film screening and meeting with the film characters at their office. The audience was mostly elders, especially those who eat at a nearby soup kitchen. After the screening, the Chosen Ones dance troupe performed several dances and some brave elders from the audience joined them. The whole event was a great celebration, and everyone left happy and enthused. |
